**What countries are supported?**
US and Canada numbers are available. More countries coming soon.

**How does voice calling work?**
We use a hybrid relay architecture. Your agent's number answers the call, records the caller's speech, transcribes it, and delivers the transcript to your webhook. Your agent responds with text, and we speak it back.

**What's the difference from Twilio?**
Twilio is a general-purpose telecom API. AgentLine is purpose-built for AI agents — unified webhooks, automatic transcription, skill-based installation, and a relay architecture that doesn't require you to manage WebSocket streams.

**Can I use my existing phone number?**
No, you can only use numbers purchased through AgentLine.

**How do I handle incoming calls?**
Ask your AI agent to handle incoming calls in the way you want it to handle.
