This Privacy Policy describes how AgentLine ("we", "us", or "our"), doing business as AgentLine, collects, uses, and shares your data when you use the AgentLine telephony platform.
1. Data Collection
AgentLine only collects necessary information required to provide AgentLine telephony services to your AI agents, including email addresses for authentication and phone numbers for routing.
2. Call Recordings & Transcripts
Voice calls are transcribed in real-time. Call recordings are kept temporarily to generate transcripts and are deleted from our servers immediately after delivery to your webhook, unless explicitly retained by your account settings.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with our infrastructure providers (Plivo, SignalWire, Deepgram) strictly for the purpose of executing your voice and SMS workloads on behalf of AgentLine.
4. SMS and Telephony Data Privacy
AgentLine provides telephony infrastructure and API connectivity for autonomous software applications and AI agents under the AgentLine service. We collect and process phone numbers and message content solely to transmit communications initiated by our users’ applications via our upstream carrier partners.
5. Strict No-Sharing Policy for SMS Data
We value consumer privacy above all. Mobile phone numbers, opt-in consent data, and SMS message contents collected or processed through our platform will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging data is processed strictly to fulfill the technical delivery of the service as requested by the user.
