These Terms of Service govern your use of the AgentLine website and telephony platform, which is owned and operated by AgentLine("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentLine for spam, robocalling, phishing, or any illegal activities. All accounts are subject to immediate termination by AgentLine without refund if these terms are violated.

2. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of telephony services complies with local regulations, including but not limited to the TCPA (US) and TRAI guidelines (India).

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime through our hybrid relay architecture, AgentLine is provided by AgentLine "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or webhook delivery failures on the Free or Pro tiers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy for AI-Driven Telephony

By utilizing the Agentline API to provision phone numbers for automated systems, software applications, or artificial intelligence (AI) agents, you agree to comply with all regional telecommunications regulations, including the TCPA (USA), CTIA guidelines, and TRAI (India) mandates.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from configuring AI agents or applications to use Agentline numbers for:

• Unsolicited Messaging (Spam): Sending broadcast text messages or making automated cold calls without documented, explicit opt-in consent from the recipient.
• Deceptive Practices: Engaging in phishing, social engineering, or sending fraudulent communications.
• High-Risk Content: Transmitting content related to illegal substances, financial scams, hate speech, or harassment.
• Automated Abuse: Bypassing standard rate limits or intentionally masking identity for malicious purposes.

6. Customer Consent and Traffic Monitoring

You maintain sole liability for ensuring that any AI agent operating under your account only contacts individuals who have actively provided opt-in consent to receive such communications. AgentLine reserves the right to monitor messaging traffic patterns and instantly suspend or terminate any API token or provisioned phone number found violating these anti-spam and compliance policies without a refund.
